Government of Canada To Reduce Maximum Amortization to 25 years for Insured Mortgages

As per CBC, Ottawa has announced that the new maximum for insured mortgages in Canada will be 25 years. It is yet to be determined when these new rules will be taken into effect. Expect an official announcement tomorrow, June 21st, 2012.
